Get in the Car

It's Simba. Jesus Christ.

Another late post, as we've been in Disney parks all day. Went to Animal Kingdom to ride on the Yeti dealie and see the 3D Bug's Life Dealie, then Epcot to take pictures and buy stuff in the surprisingly awesome Japanese themed store, and finally Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day. We actually stayed to see the fireworks, which we haven't done in years. It's almost worth having to wait in a line to exit the park, then another line to ride the monorail, then another line to ride the trolley back to your car to watch the best fireworks you'll ever see in your life.

Next is Disney Quest, which basically boils down to me playing Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 in the arcade for five hours straight.

Tron Bonne, Wolverine, and Bone Claw Wolverine ftw.

Disney FTW

I'm posting this from f**king Disney World. F**king Disney World. Jesus H. Christ in a chicken basket.

Actually, I'm posting it from our hotel off of the Disney Resort, but essentially everything we do for fun is within Disney property. We just got back from Hollywood Studios, hence the lateness of this post.

I've been using iPhone pics and Twitter to record our actions, chronicling humorous or outside referencing happenstances as well as any gorgeous Imagineers and slightly erotic Tinker Bell illustrations I can find.

Shattering the Third Wall

Then repeatedly running over it with a truck.

I probably over did it in that second panel. On the other hand, these backgrounds are lookin' a lot better now that I know about the pencil/paintbrush tool shift click trick.

Assuming I'm gonna be playing this game for a couple of years as I did with the last one, I'm bound to find a bunch of happenstances that wasn't meant by the designers to be noticeable or anything special, but I find quite entertaining. Such as the bulletin board bird flying really close to the screen.

Hopper's lack of interest represents how I assume most sane people would react to this phenomenon.

Eh, Bee, Sees, Part 4

All together now.

Last of the alphabet project, V through Z. That W is really pushing it. I can't remember everything my design teacher had to say about my photos, but I doubt he had any praise for that one. I like the Z, though. Like the Q, it uses shadow, but you can actually tell what letter it's supposed to be.

Join the Club

And then squeal like a Beatles fan.

I assume I'm not the only Animal Crossing player in love with Peanut, so here ya go. Maybe Nintendo should make some sorta spin off series where you play as her. Not sure how that should play, though.

If ya can't tell, I don't have much to say for this post. I've still got the Itis from the Independence Day cookout.

Eh, Bee, Sees, Part 3

How I wonder what you are... wait, what?

Here's O through U. I guess that's an S and a Q.

Out of all of the alphabet photos I did, the P probably looks the most like the actual letter. It's not terribly interesting though. On the other hand, I believe I got some points for the use of shadow as part of the Q photo, but in my opinion, it's a bit too hard to tell what the letter is supposed to be.
