4x4

I could have sworn new houses were 5x5 square spaces...

You may notice I put a copyright symbol on this one, which I haven't done before cuz in my lack of knowlege, I thougt you had to go to some place and talk to some person before you could copyright stuff, until my Dad told me that everyone can copyright as long as they truly originally made it, and recommended that I start doing it with my drawings. And now that I'm gonna be pulling copyrights out the wazoo, that means it's time for more disclaimers! YAY!!

First of all, I'll make things easy and say that all the comics and artwork presented on this blog are officially copyrighted as of 2009 (all rights reserved) by me, even the previous ones that don't have a copyright symbol on it, unless I actually get some gift art from other people at some point and post it, in which case, I'll make it clear that it isn't my work. In the case of the pictures of artwork other than the comics, the art that is the main focus of the picture is what I copyright, not any of the other stuff that may be sitting around in the background.

Second, in the case of the comics I draw with the Animal Crossing theme, I copyright those only as fan art, meaning the copyright (all rights reserved) says that I originally made these comics, but I did not originally make the characters, settings, etc., and claim no ownership to them. All characters, settings, etc. that originally came from the Animal Crossing video games are copyrighted and/or trademarked by Nintendo, seeing as, you know, Animal Crossing was originally conceived and created by Nintendo.

Third, I'll go ahead and say that the Ironic Commando comic pages are copyrighted as of 2009 (all rights reserved) to not only me, but also the writer, John Craig, but again, it is only copyrighted as fanart, and the copyright only says that we originally created that comic. We claim no ownership to the Bionic Commando franchise, nor do we claim ownership to the character Nathan Spencer, as those are owned by Capcom.

Okay, take a deep breath. We square? You catch my drift? Y'namean? Good.
